Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Below you’ll find important information about how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free for all customers, regardless of location.
There are no additional charges for packaging or delivery — the price you see is the final price.

2. Shipping Locations

I currently offer worldwide shipping, unless otherwise specified in the artwork description.
If you’re unsure whether shipping to your country is possible, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

3. Processing Time

Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
• Ready-to-ship artworks are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after receiving payment.
• For commissioned or custom artworks, the shipping time will depend on the completion date, which will be communicated to you individually.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
• Germany & EU: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs, local holidays, or courier delays — thank you for your understanding.

5. Carriers and Tracking

All artworks are shipped with reliable courier services (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx), and include tracking and insurance.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is shipped.

6. Packaging

Artworks are securely packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Depending on the size and medium of the painting, it may be shipped flat, rolled in a tube, or in a reinforced box.

7. Customs and Import Taxes

For orders outside the EU, please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare case that your painting is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with photos and information.
Each shipment is insured, and I will do my best to resolve the situation — either through a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
